How the Leonyx Payment Model Works

We've designed a simple, transparent payment structure that secures your presale pricing and guarantees your place in the production queue. This keeps your position locked, reduces delays, and ensures your studio/pod is built exactly to your configuration.
1

STEP 1 — Pay Your 20% Deposit Today

Secure your pod. Lock your pricing. Enter the production queue. Your deposit is: ● 20% of the total product price ● Non-refundable ● Required to confirm your build reservation Once paid, your order is locked into our presale pricing and build calendar. This is your spot in the production queue — we do not overbook production.

2

STEP 2 — Production Payment (30%)

Due approximately 4 months before delivery. When your build slot is approaching, you will receive a notification to: ● Confirm your configuration ● Finalize installation details (site prep, power, ventilation, compressor/generator room) ● Pay your 30% production invoice Once this payment is received as cleared funds: ● Production officially begins ● Materials are allocated ● Your unit enters the manufacturing pipeline

3

STEP 3 — Pre-Shipment Payment (50%)

Paid when your unit is complete and ready to ship. Once your pod is built: ● You'll receive videos/photos of your finished unit ● A final checklist will be completed ● Your 50% pre-shipment invoice will be issued This must be paid before we release the pod for: ● International shipping ● Domestic shipping ● Customs clearance ● Delivery routing This ensures safe, insured transit from our factory to your installation site.

4

STEP 4 — Local Freight & Installation

Shipping rates vary based on your location. Estimated shipping $1,250-$2,500. Installation costs vary based on site conditions. Estimated installation range $9,950-$13,950. Your local delivery and installation occur once your studio reaches the U.S. Costs vary based on: ● Your location ● Installation room ● Access (doorways, hallways, stairs) ● Ventilation/electrical requirements ● Generator/compressor room location ● Additional labor/equipment You will be given a transparent quote as soon as your site information is provided.

5

Delivery Timeline

Your estimated delivery window is: 4–10 months from your deposit payment date. This range depends on: ● Production queue timing ● Global supply chain conditions ● Freight scheduling ●Port clearance ● Installation logistics We keep you informed every step of the way.

6

What's included in your order

Every Leonyx Studio includes: ● Your chosen pod configuration ● Hypoxic oxygen control system ● Infrared heat training system + photobiomodulation (PBM) light therapy systems ● Control hub ● Safety systems ● Hypoxic system housing shelter (if required) ● 40" smart TV ● Airconditioning system Extras: ● App connectivity & induction (monthly subscription fee) ● Build & quality-assurance checks Local freight, installation, electrical preparation, and compressor/generator room setup are additional.

Leonyx Hypoxic Wellness Studios Installation

Installation Estimate Overview

Installing a Leonyx Hypoxic Wellness Studio involves specialised environmental, electrical, and structural considerations to ensure the studio performs safely and at peak efficiency. While every location is unique, installation costs typically fall within the following range:

USD $9,950 – $13,950

Final pricing depends on site-specific conditions and requirements.

  • Delivery & placement of modular studio components
  • Assembly of studio structure (walls, roof, doors, seals)
  • Installation of hypoxic/heat systems (altitude generator + IR panels if included)
  • Electrical integration (connection of supplied equipment to existing circuits)
  • Calibration of altitude system (oxygen concentration, airflow, safety parameters)
  • Hypoxic system housing shelter (if required)
  • Onsite testing & commissioning
  • Basic operator training for your team

Because each facility has different physical and operational constraints, your final installation cost will be determined by the following variables:

1. Ingress & Egress

How easily installation teams can access your space:

  • Narrow hallways
  • Staircases vs lifts
  • Obstacles requiring disassembly/reassembly
  • Distance from unloading zone to installation area

2. Power Availability

Altitude systems, HVAC integration, and infrared heating panels require specific power conditions. Cost may increase if:

  • Additional circuits are needed
  • Electrical upgrades are required
  • Outdoor installations require trenching or conduit runs

3. Structural Requirements

Indoor vs. outdoor installation changes the scope significantly:

  • Leveling or reinforcing floors
  • Weatherproofing (for outdoor units)
  • Anchoring requirements
  • Ventilation upgrades as needed

4. Environmental Controls

Depending on local climate and desired use:

  • Supplemental heating or cooling
  • Humidity control
  • Integration with existing HVAC systems

5. Local Compliance & Permits

Where necessary, you may require:

  • Electrical permits
  • Outdoor structure permits
  • Inspection fees - Local variance may impact cost.

6. Optional Add-Ons

If selected, these may affect total installation time and labor:

  • STEPR performance equipment setup
  • Functional trainer installation
  • Wall-mounted displays or monitors
  • Additional acoustic or insulation upgrades
  • Smart-monitoring or integration devices

Outdoor studios may require additional preparation, such as:

  • Concrete slab or level structural pad
  • Weatherproof power connections
  • Cable protection
  • Additional sealing or insulation

Outdoor installs typically fall toward the upper end of the cost range.

Most installations are completed within 1.5–3 days, depending on complexity and site readiness.

To receive a formal quote, we will conduct a Site Assessment, which includes:

  • Photos and/or walkthrough video
  • Floor plan review
  • Electrical review
  • Access route assessment
  • Discussion of intended use (Health, Performance, or Adventure protocols)

Once assessed, you will receive:

  1. Final installation quote
  2. Timeline confirmation
  3. Pre-installation checklist
  4. Requirements for site readiness
