Weeks 5–6:
Altitude Stress Rehearsal

• O₂: ~11–12.5% | Mixed intervals (power + steady)
• Shorter regulation windows (≤45s) with zero loss of accuracy

Weeks 7–8:
Peak & Taper

• O₂ varies day-to-day | Field-specific simulations
• Then taper intensity, keep regulation sharp, arrive rested and ready
