How the Leonyx Payment Model Works
STEP 1 — Pay Your 20% Deposit Today
Secure your studio, lock your pricing, and enter the production queue. Your deposit is: ● 20% of the total product price ● Non-refundable ● Required to confirm your build reservation Once paid, your order is locked into our presale pricing and build calendar. This is your spot in the production queue — we do not overbook production.
STEP 2 — Production Payment (30%)
Due approximately 3 months before delivery. When your build slot is approaching, you will receive a notification to: ● Confirm your configuration ● Finalize installation details (site prep, power, ventilation, compressor/generator room) ● Pay your 30% production invoice Once this payment is received as cleared funds: ● Production officially begins ● Materials are allocated ● Your unit enters the manufacturing pipeline
STEP 3 — Pre-Shipment Payment (50%)
Paid when your unit is complete and ready to ship. Once your studio is built: ● You'll receive videos/photos of your finished unit ● A final checklist will be completed ● Your 50% pre-shipment invoice will be issued This must be paid before we release the studio for: ● International shipping ● Domestic shipping ● Customs clearance ● Delivery routing This ensures safe, insured transit from our factory to your installation site.
STEP 4 — Local Freight & Installation
Your local delivery and installation occur once your studio reaches the U.S. Costs vary based on: ● Your location ● Installation room ● Access (doorways, hallways, stairs) ● Ventilation/electrical requirements ● Generator/compressor room location ● Additional labor/equipment You will be given a transparent quote as soon as your site information is provided.
Delivery Timeline
Your estimated delivery window is: 3-5 months from your Production Payment date. This range depends on: ● Production queue timing ● Global supply chain conditions ● Freight scheduling ●Port clearance ● Installation logistics We keep you informed every step of the way.
What's included in your order
Every Leonyx Studio includes: ● Your chosen studio configuration ● Hypoxic oxygen control system ● IR + PBM lighting systems ● Control hub ● Safety systems ● App connectivity & induction ● Build & quality-assurance checks Local freight, installation, electrical preparation, and compressor/generator room setup are additional.
Warranty Activation
Your warranty activates only after: 1. Installation by an approved Leonyx installer, AND 2. Completion of the Leonyx App onboarding, including: ● Safety training ● Induction modules ● Product operation videos This ensures safe and correct operation from day one.
